Annual appointment of four Senior Cadets

The annual appointment of four Senior Cadets marks an important milestone for WHSB's Combined Cadet Force (CCF) contingent, signalling a new chapter of student leadership and excellence. We are delighted that Abdullah, Wilson, Sam, and Noah have been named the most senior cadets within their respective sections and the wider CCF. Together, they form the new Senior Cadet Team, providing leadership across the entire contingent to ensure all cadets have the opportunity to develop, thrive, and succeed.

For this academic year, supported by their sections' dedicated Cadet Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs), Abdullah takes on the role of Contingent Warrant Officer, Wilson becomes the Army Section Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM), Sam is appointed as the RAF Section Cadet Warrant Officer (CWO), and Noah steps up as the Royal Navy Warrant Officer Class 1 (WO1).

These four students represent the pinnacle of cadet progression within the School. In their new roles, they are tasked with leading by example, upholding the highest standards of dress, discipline, and conduct, and acting as a vital link between the cadets and staff. They will also coordinate training delivery, manage major ceremonial events, and mentor junior cadets as they begin their own CCF journeys.

We congratulate Abdullah, Wilson, Sam, and Noah on their well-deserved promotions and wish them every success in their leadership roles.
